I was recently involved in a automobile accident where a driver under the influence of alcohol pulled infront of me. He was arrested. I suffered a broken nose and cartilege damage in my nose. I have also suffered severe headaches since the accident and pain in my teeth. What is a fair amount of compensation for pain and suffering?

My response:

In what State did this accident occur? And, are you trying to settle this case on your own, or do you have an attorney?
