My husband was involed in an accident almost 2yrs ago. now we are dram-shop defendants(the bar that servered him is also a defendant)He was never ticketed or charged with anything at the time.The other cars oppuants didn't even go to the hosiptal.we are insured (then and now),I need to know if we need a lawyer?And want do I need to do?Help!!!Thank you any help will be appercated
