The state is Ohio.

The local Dry Cleaners have lost several articles of my clothing and I am not sure what my rights are. The owner refuses to give me any information about his insurance company so that I may file a claim. He’s also insisting that I provide store receipts from the purchase of these items. In my opinion his request is unreasonable because most people do not kept receipts for every item in their wardrobes. What should I do? Is he responsible for the articles? How do I make him give me the information I need to file a claim?
