I have read the SOS guidelines for the revokation of my liscence but I cant understand them. It says on the chart if I am convicted I am revoked for the later of both parts. On my other charges I have only had suspencions of my liscence in the past but becuase my 2nd was within 7 years, does that mean that I am going to be revoked for five years or is it the 1 year. Please help!
