I got a DUI, open container, no insurance and the fact im under age... i blew a .10 im just wondering what to expect from the jugde and if hiring a lawyer would be my best bet

Your first step indeed would be to get a good lawyer and if you are not in the position to financially afford one you can ask the court to appoint you one and yes you don't want to go to trial without a lawyer. Once you obtain a lawyer they will explain to you what you can expect.
