help i got a dui in arizona about 2 years ago and know i live in wisconson. i want to take care of it.i had to move before the court date. so i never went.life has been pretty screwed up after that .know i'm back on track and i want this taken care of.so how do i do that?what will happen?this is my first and last offense.need some advice need my drivers license back soon for me and my job. please help. thanks

Sounds like you may have warrant against you for skipping out on the court date. Don't pile trouble on top of trouble. No matter what the reason for your move, that doesn't excuse you from missing your court date.

You need to contact a criminal defense atty in either Wisconsin or Arizona (preferably) and have them rep you in getting this off your record or serving your time or paying a fine or doing community service. the sooner you contact a lawyer, the sooner you can get this done and out of your hair.
