hello,
i am concerned about a dui violation that was warranted in los angeles, california. my main obligation is to take care of this charge asap. however, i do not reside in this state for the time being(calif.),i am not a resident of this state, nor do i live any where close. in all honesty i was visiting for a day while in las vegas (bad luck). my questions are:
1)how do i take care of this matter?
2)who do i try to get in contact with in order to resove this?
it would be reasonable to consider an answer that is painless and does not consist of an abundance of cash b/c i really don't have much money. i only have enough to pay my 1,000 fine (first offence)
thank you for your time,
mr. pink

A California criminal lawyer who does DUI can help you -- it won't cost a lot for phone advice, but one caution. A DUI conviction can carry significant penalties --- far beyond the fine. See AttorneyPages.com in the area near where the ticket was issued.
