What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Iowa

My situation is this, I was visiting Lawton, OK with my boyfriend and got pulled over. I recieved a DUI. I now have to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation. I have a learning disability and am wondering if the evaluator will help clarify any questions I may have about the questions on the forms. I don't want to be unjustly catigorized simply because I answered a question a different way than if I had had further clarification on it. Thanks for any advice, as I need it.

This is a good question and you will have to ask it of the people who will administer this evaluation. I suspect they will be required to assist you in some way, but you may have to provide some proof of your disability. Perhaps a doctor's note verifying it and what must be done to balance it in some way.

Good luck.
