Dui expungement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Howdy ya'll. Okay it's a little bit disorganized but all help is appreciated!

I was charged with 2 counts(23152 (a) and (b)) of DUI 3 years ago. It was my first DUI and I've completed all probation. I am in the process of expunging the DUI from my record and my question is:

Do I need to expunge both counts separately or do I just need to expunge 23152 (b)?

My court papers say that I was dismissed on count (01): DISMISSAL IN FURTH OF JUSTICE PER 1385 PC. Count (02): DISPOSITION: CONVICTED

Even if count 1 was dismissed should I still expunge it?

When both 23152(a) and (b) are charged, you will only be convicted of one. So, if that is the case, then it appears you only have one charge to request expungement on.
