How long ago did this one happen?

Did you turn over your CA license to TX?

Who told you that CA doesn't report it to the DMV?

When Texas finds out you didn't have a valid license, you'll probably get charged with that too?

But you applied for a license in TX stating you had lost your license and they believed you still held a valid one which you didn't. It just hadn't caught up in the system yet.

Blood alcohol level.

Did they give you a breathalizer test?

Let me ask you this--What is the violation code on your papers?
