i got a dui in a state where i just moved to (oregon). i still have a driver's license in the last state i lived in (ohio). if i move back to ohio using my valid diver's license from there, will the suspension recieved in oregon transfer to ohio?

Yes and quite possibly you will kill someone before you run out of states to move to. Just quit drinking and driving.

dui

i won't drink and drive again, i'll tell you that. i think i didn't take the time to get across my point properly in my last question. i understand that there are two types of suspensions: administrative (DMV) and the one you get from the court after trial. since i had an ohio license after i just moved here to oregon when this happened, i can only assume that OR let OH know about it (who knows maybe thay didn't). now, i will conclude that OH, if they were informed, then suspended my license there for a period of time (it's 90 days from the DMV here in OR). I guess my question is can OH go beyond that administrative period of time, (lets assume its 90 days) even if i'm convicted in OR and OR adds 6 months or whatever as result of the trial? i'm no lawyer, but it seems unlikely to me because the dui occured in a diferent state, ie. i wasn't convicted in ohio. i'm asking this because i really need a license in order to do my job. a suspension severely hurts my career options with the job i have here in OR, so i'm considering going back to ohio, and getting my old job back, of course i will need to be able to drive there too.

lets say when i go to trial i tell them i'm going to move out-of-state. is there a chance they will basically say pay the fine, and get the heck out of my state and never drive here again?

A way out!! Not exactly!!

However, what you can do is go online to DMV and do your own search for your driving record for each state. Cost is about $10.00 per state but, you'll see exactly what they see.. If it's suspended per state or what?? NEVER, NEVER volunteer any info about yourself ever no matter what!!
Been there done that!! Keep your mouth shut best advise.
