What is the name of your state? New Jersey

I was charged with DUI and Refusal to submit breath test in New Jersey. My DUI charges are dismissed but I am convicted of refusal to submit breath test. As I understand a simple first DUI is not a crime involving moral turpitude and does not prohibit a person from getting immigration benefits. My question is “Refusal to submit breath test considered as a crime involving moral turpitude? I have applied for US Citizenship. Will this refusal to submit breath test affect my citizenship? Thank you so much.:)
