What is the name of your state? SOUTH CAROLINA

I was in an accident last night where I fell asleep and ran off the road, totaling my car and going to the hospital. I was unable to do any sobriety tests and the officer approached me while in the emergency room to do a Blood Test. Refusing he left me the tickets, and went about his way. After reviewing the tickets, I realized he put the wrong driver's license number (actually putting my father's number-we have the same name). Does this inaccuracy/mistake offer me any resolution to the ticket? I know I need to get my fathers driver's license number cleared, but what option does the mistake leave me when I contact the officer?

Yep. It makes it so that the prosecutor can file charges against your father if you don't resolve this matter.

It gives you the option of being a mature adult and accepting the consequences of your own conduct.... or trying to hide behind the number error.... until the court corrects it.
