DUI what now?

Okay, so last month I was driving my car..drunk.. and I was driving down a road going about 25-30mph and a tow truck driver is right in front of me. He starts to slow down and moves to right alittle bit..without his blinker. I assumed he was pulling over so I started to pass him, right as I got close to him he jerks left quickly causing me to swerve to the left and hit a curb. It just so happened there was a person on the curb and he jumped out of the way. Right after the person claimed that his hip was hurting and the tow truck driver said he has the whole thing on video. The cops show up and I get arrested for a dui and Im not sure what I blew (probably .15ish) I went to the drunk tank and I asked what I was charged with and they said (M) dui.
Ive been pretty worried because recently the cop called me at home but didnt say what about and I wasnt home. I tried to return his call but he hasnt responded..he just mentioned an accident/dui case.
Am I likely to get a felony dui?
Should I lawyer up right now?
Will I have to go to prison and for how long?

Felony? I doubt. However, there was an injured person. I take it you were released on an OR and have a hearing date set.

You must have been pretty far to the left if you hit the other curb! And if this was a 25-30 MPH road, it probably was not all that wide to begin with.

Were you booked for CVC 23152(a) and 23152(b)? Those are misdemeanors.

Am I likely to get a felony dui?
Should I lawyer up right now?
Will I have to go to prison and for how long?

No ... Yes ... and, you won't go to prison on a misdemeanor, though a couple days in county jail may be required if convicted.
