was it a lawful arrest for me to be arrested while behind the wheel of my car with the seat fully reclined and asleep with the keys in the ignition but not running or in the accessory position. I was in a private parking lot outside of a bar. I was .11 alcohol level when I was tested at the police station.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

The answer to your question depends on your state. What state are you from? Yes, if ignition in key and car not moving, you can still be cited.
