Pennsylvania. I was recently charged but not convicted of a DUI,I recently reviewed police report and all court documments. The arresting officer in his sworn report wrote his name,but gave wrong badge number on report. Can this work in my favor?

That's not going to make a bit of difference to you.

I'd suggest a lawyer. If this is your first offense, and barring anything that might indicate you're not guilty of the crime, ARD would be your best option. After two months the whole matter is essentially gone.
