last year, I was arrested for a dui. my license was then revoked. I went to court and all charges were dismissed. The dmv put me on medical probation due to the fact that i have bi-polar disorder. My question is: could my license be revoked if the doctor sees that I am using medical marijuana? Does the dmv have a right to revoke my license not because i am not in a stable condition to drive, but because I use medical marijuana?

What state is this?

It makes no sense that the DMV would revoke your license simply because you were arrested. Suspended maybe. There must have been more to it than that.

This is in California.
Yeah sorry. My license at first was suspended, and then later revoked.
I had a manic episode and was driving pretty recklessly. The officers assumed I was under the influence and arrested me.
all charges were dropped because of my condition.
Now the dmv has me on medical probation.

Your doctor would not make the decision as to your driving status - the DMV would. If your doctor asserts to the satisfaction of the DMV that you no longer suffer from a medical condition that makes you unsafe to drive, then they might allow you to re-apply for a license.

I already have my license and am able to drive. The doctor has to fill out a medical probation form, which I have to give to the dmv in may.
