charged with dui in clark county,city of vancouver,washington.at pre trial conference, representing
self,prosecutor dropped charge to neg drive 1st degree.is it posible to get better offer at next hearing without attorney. i realize there are many variables but lets take it from here. any suggestions or thoughts.

Personally, I think you should consider your self lucky.
although it is not uncommon for your first offence of DUI to be reduced. But if your busted again you will not be so lucky. I think you would be most wise to hire an attorney and much wiser to just not DRINK and DRIVE.
