My son was arrested for dui, the officers pulled up his past records, they showed he was arrested twice before. Those times he was charged as a juvenile and I was told by my attorney they would be sealed. What happened, and is there anything that can be done?

The past offenses can be viewed, but as they were "sealed" should not be able to be used against him. He has two offenses as a juvenile and one as an adult? You need to get your son into a rehab and off the street!
