My Brother just found out he has a tumor on one of his lungs, and they want to do a biopsy....His PD is a insensitive idiot who's only reply was...."Well looks like your gonna die in jail" What a Jerk!!! obviously this dump truck shows no concern for my Brothers best interest. If my brother fires him...And because he is unable to afford a attorney on his own, can he request a new Public Defender be appointed to his case? Also, The Person hearing his case is not an appointed Judge, but I believe what they said was a commissioner? Can he request that the case be moved to be heard by a appointed Judge?
