My domestic partner has durable power of attorney.
I was wondering if this would include any inheritance
That I would receive from my parents estate should
Anything happen to them or me, would he be entitled to that?

Thanks, Mark

PS I live in Texas and they live in Oklahoma

NO. A durable power of attorney ONLY allows the person that you name to act for you during your life. IT IS NOT A WILL or a WILL SUBSTITUTE!
