What is the name of your state? Florida
I filed and was granted a Chapter 7 bankruptcy on 3/15/1994. What is the legal limitation for this to remain on my credit reports? Thank you.

10 years fom filing date. If it's still listed, send a copy of your discharge letter with the date circled and ask that it be deleted.
