I was convicted of a DWAI in Colorado in '91.

How do I answer the question...."Have you ever been convicted of a felony other than convictions for which the record has been judicially expunged, sealed or eradicated?"

Thanks,

My response:

I'm not going to tell you to lie, or tell the truth. That's purely up to you. However, let's look at this from a pragmatic point of view. If you answer "Yes" then you more than likely will not get the job. If you answer "No," then you may have the job for a little while, or for as long as you like if they don't check, and be paid while you are employed.

The choice, of course, is yours.
