DWI effect on Internship.

I'm an engineering student going for my Master's. I have received DWI 6 years ago. Recently I got an internship offer at Barclay's Capital Bank in Manhatton. The internship is for 2.5 months and is very competitive. There are a lot of rules. Recently, they performed a background check on me, and I have stated that I had a DWI in the past. The internship starts in about 2 months. Even though I was officially accepted as an intern, I think there is a possibility that they would withdraw their offer. Please give advice on how serious the situation is and what is likely to happen. Thank you.

I don't think it is likely that someone here is familiar with the intern practices of a specific bank. You will just have to wait and see. There is not much you can do now regardless of any information you get. goodluck.
