What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Had DWI in State A. License was suspended, got it re-instated afterwards.

Move to State B and have a new DL.

1) Will my State A(NJ) DWI Conviction be in Public records which could be searched using State A DL or my SSN?

2) Will my Auto Insurance be high in the new State?
