E-bay vehicle sale-buyer paid but hasn't taken posession or title.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I sold my vehicle on E-Bay in October 2008. The buyer who won the auction contacted and paid me promptly. The payment was good. Since then I have been unable to contact him to take posession of the vehicle. I have the vehicle in my posession as well as the title. He no longer responds to e-mail or telephone calls. What should I do? How long do I have to store the vehicle for him? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your local sheriff may be able to tell you if they are providing him temporary housing.

I wouldn't be spending that money just yet, in case your 'deal' unwinds.

He's from Bolivia. He was supposed to pick up the vehicle, drive it to Miami and ship it to Bolivia. (I failed to mention that in the original post.)
