What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland
Mother and father are in a custody battle and communicate with each other via e-mail. When mother sends e-mails to father, he replies, but carbon copies his attorney and other unrelated parties in the e-mails. Mother brings the carbon copy issue up to father, and he replies that because they are his e-mail replies it is public domain, and that there should be no serious concern on Mother's part. The mother's e-mail communications re about their child and are intended to be private. Should there be a concern?
