What is the name of your state? Florida

I just recently found out that somebody was getting into my company e-mail account. Is this against any laws, and if so, what what I do about it?

Have you gone to your HR Dept about this?
And, have you changed your password?

Yes, and yes. Is there any legal action we can take?
You could fire the sub. This is assuming, of course, that there are no employment contracts/CBA's in place. These may affect the remedies you may seek, or the method in which you may seek them.

Was there any "harm" done by the sub. accessing the email acct?
