Hi. I need some advice here. I work for the Federal Government. About two months ago I sent an e-mail from my personal computer, using my personal e-mail aacount to some co-workers personal e-mail addresses. Somehow this e-mail got its way to managment. They claim (managment) that in this e-mail I made public some client's information that I shouldn't and disciplinary action was taken against me. Did I have an expectation of privacy, being that all was made from home and no government equipment or systems were used? Did I make it public even though it was sent to co-workers exclusively?

Thanks for your help and comments.
