E signing with document management?

I'm not trying to get advice on software, I was trying to be pointed in the right direction in case someone knew of a solution for my contracts. I am so confused right now. Where is the right location to ask this question?

Why was I reported without any warning or without being told the proper place to post? I am so confused. I just joined the site for this question.
