My only indicator that you are not from the United States is that you are using the Pound symbol (England?) and not a Dollar symbol. While the Internet is worldwide, the contributors to this site, and the people who respond, are predominantly from America, and dealing with American law. I, for one, cannot assist you except to say that you might want to ask your pension company, or speak with an attorney who deals with pension issues.
