In Ohio, is there such a thing as post release control after a complete sentence has been served? If so, what does this consist of? Has this not been presented before the Supreme Court? We were discussing whether or not to serve out the entire sentence (which would be ten more months). What would the benifits of early release vs. completing sentence be?
