i asked this before, and was looking over our earnest money contract. i have never met the sellers and have nothing with their signatures on the contract. they are refusing to sign the cancellation papers so that we may get our 1000.00 back. to no fault of ours, the loan did not go through, due to the loan company we had originally qualified with was bought by a large bank and we didn't meet their terms. we we're told the money is refundable to us, but they are pissed off and won't sign. because i have nothing and have never had anything with their signatures, does the title company have to give the money back?
