What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nebraska

Earning capacity was established for me at 100,000 and since the divorce my situation has changed. I am no longer able to maintain a position with that pay rate. I am now a recovering alcoholic and cannot be on the road 5 days a week wining and dining clients and maintain my sobriety. I decided to open a business and have run that for the past 3 years. I averaged earnings of 50,000 per year.

When we got divorced she was calculated 50,000 earning capacity, she has earned 80,000 every year.

I had an attorney file papers for modifications and that was delayed for a year by the plaintive, I fired the attorney and went pro se to the assigned referee last month. I didn't have "proof" (other than tax returns, w-2's etc) that my situation had changed other than my testimony which wasnt enough. He asked for Dr notes, counseling, hospital diagnosis, etc. I assume he was telling me if I have that itd be different. I can obtain those as I have done all of it.

How do I file for an appeal to the referee?

Also she filed for legal fees how do I answer that and ask for a ruling after final judgement?

Any help is greatly appreciated !
