Hello,

I have an insurance related question. I am an owner of a town home that is valued at ~$400,000. I have no master earthquake policy through my HOA, and was wondering what options I have in terms of individual earth quake coverage. My research of various insurance providers, including CEA, suggests that there is limited dwelling coverage available to condo/townhome owners. I am interested in coverage which includes more than just personal property. Most of the coverages, include very low limits on dwelling, and in the event of loss due to earthquake, I'm unsure how these policies will pay out. As a home owner, my home is my largest asset, and I am interested in protecting as much of it's value as possible. Any information you can provide on this topic is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
