Please help me i bought a home in 1978 and moved in, i have had trouble with a neightbor ever sence! He owns the alley and we have a legal easmeent, till we sell or die aand there after when keeps put up signs and spray paints lines across the bounderys, he fights arugues, i have put up a pracvvy fence up, and i cant go check my fence he calls the cops i live in galion ohio by the way, he really keeps me tore up all the time, they are depth mutes and i mean it been haters trying to be a good neightbor so what is our rights as far a easements do we have a right to check fennce when the fence is i inch froom bountry? so what aare aour rights irene
