Easement Abuse

I have a neighbor who owns land that is under perpetual easement for both of us to use as a "passageway" to access our garages. For the past 6-months they have continually parked in this passageway and deem since it is their land they can do what they want. Is there any enforcement I can enable to make them honor the easement language and intent of almost 52 years?
