I have a question regarding easement across my property that was granted at the sale of the neighbor property. Is the easement recorded with both deeds or only with the one that is "getting" the easement?
If so, if it was not recorded with both deeds what happens then when the property over which the easement was granted sells but the new owner has no knowledge of this. Can someone explain this to me as I may have a situation arising...
