What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Michigan
I live on a Private Dr that the easement serves 5 others houses after mine. The problem I have and other neighbors do as well is the family at the end of the road has a teenager that wants to drive excessively. sometimes when he drives by he's going 40-50 mph. We have the road posted at 10 mph. There is no road agreement other than the grading & plowing. We have tried to talk to the parents but, (their kid would never drive like that) Everyone on the road has had a run in with the parents. What can we legally do before someone gets hurt? There are small kids that ride their bikes on the road.

A video camera capturing several separate instances of this teen's lead-footed vehicle driving will absolutely defeat any doubts raised by the teen's parents, and any other authorities coming into contact with such a video tape.

Make sure the date and time are set on the camera; it wouldn't hurt to put up a couple of white poles along the road 50 feet apart so you can guage his speed.
