Easement Issue

Florida - I own a home on what appears to be a private street. This is one of four lots subdivided in 1959, two of the lots were on the main road and two in the back. Mine is one in the back. My access road crosses the larger lot on the street, and my power line follows the road across that front lot. My home was built in 1960, the road and power line have been there since then. There is no other access to my property without crossing more private property which was not part of the parcel from which my lot was subdivided.

I am currently on a private well and would like to hook up to city water, but have been told I cannot get a hookup without evidence of a utility easement. I have searched my title and the title to the lot my road and power line cross and can find no evidence of an easement. Assuming a written easement cannot be found do I have a prescriptive easement given the time of use and conditions of subdivision? Or not? What would I need to do to get an easement?
