Our neighbors say there is an easment for them to use our driveway to get to the back side of their property. But it was verbal from someone who owned our land 30 years ago and he's deceased. We didn't argue and let them use it for the past 7 years for their son, but he moved a year ago and now they've started a trailer park! We're tired of picking up beer bottles, etc along our driveway. Since it wasn't written do they have a right to use it?

Since you have allowed this to happen for so long, you may have lost your right to prevent them from access. In order to determine whether you can in fact prohibit their access, I would suggest that you have a local attorney review the issue... and the local ordinances.
