What is the name of your state? Texas
I purchased some Property about a year ago. This land was a foreclosure and the note was carried by a local Bank.A local Real Estate company listed it and I bought it. The same Bank financed me on the Property. Before or during the closing, the Bank authorized a local Utility Co. to gain access or gave them a 10 foot x 750 easement to install fiber optic and telephone lines. They excavated along the fenceline until I stopped them. There representitive assured me that they had authorization from the Bank. I can not find any easement right of way in the Title Policy or at the County Deed of records. Do I have any recourse? Is there any legal grounds for compensation?
