Missouri, we moved into our home 3.5 years ago it was not brought to our attention, till the neighbor next door informed us, she was moving, and that a foot of our tennis court was on her property, which she verified by showing us the survey which she said she had shown our previous owners. This was not disclosed on the disclosure to us. We told the new homeowners that we wanted to clear this up and they said they would give us the land. Now they are being relocated and there is a contract on their house. I have been told to just request an easement from one lawyer and another told me to ask to get the property deeded to me. The tennis court needs resurfacing and I don't want to touvh it till we get this cleared up. Which is my easiest and best course of action, please.
