I own one of 23 parcels on a private (primitve canyon) road. There is an easement agreement for ingress and egress between the 23 owners to these parcels. A person owns property that is not included in this agreement. That property is accessed from another canyon road. This person bought one of the 23 parcels on the easement road. Now this person wants to use the easement road to get to the property that is not included in the easement. Are they legally able to do this?

My response:
Is there access to that other property from the "easement property." If so, what is the problem with access to that other property; e.g., does he "trespass" onto other's properties in order to gain access to the noneasement property?
