I own one of 23 parcels on a private (primitive canyon)road. There is an easement agreement for ingress and egress between the 23 owners to these parcels. A person owns property that is not included in this agreement. That property is accessed from another canyon road. This person bought one of the 23 parcels that is included in the easement. This person wants to use the easement road to get to the property that is not included in the easement. Are they able to do this?
