Pa Lycoming County- Ok here's the long and sort of things, I purchased a property two years ago that has an easement / right of way on a back corner of the lot. this right of way was for a drive for my neighbor (this is a second access to a main road system. My neighbor seems to feel that the property line now runs from his right of way at the corner down to the other end of the property. He has maintained the land by mowing the grass every summer but the previous owners have as well. With this joint maintence it should void the "21" year maintence of a right of way to claim ownership. (Shouldn't it?) Secondly even if he has maintained the strip of land the origional right of way was a verbal agreement to a drive nothing more that has ever been brought to my knowledge. Therefore it would only cover the corner used by the drive itself> The property stakes have been removed (I believe by my neighbor) isn't that a crimnal offense?
