Is there any way to remove an easement?My neighbor has other access to his property.He is abusing his easment by speeding,racing ATVs and deliberatly scaring my horses by gunning his engine when he passes by.Repeated requests for him to slow down have made the problem worse.I would be willing to help pay for his own road.Thank you so much.I live in Va.

You have piqued my interest. You said: "He is abusing his easment . . ." What does the easement say, EXACTLY? Don't tell me your opinion of what you "think" it says, or should say, or anything else; just quote the exact words in your response. Then, we'll go from there.

My deed says that this is a perpetual easement for the sole purpose of ingress and egress and not to be construed as an easement given to the exclusion of the grantors,their heirs and assigns or others later granted a similar right... thanks again

I see no violation of the easement. Instead of building him a new roadway, why not improve your property by building a block wall as a sound barrier?
