I have easment with my land which enables me to get from my home to main road. The property next door was a gravel pit. Two years ago a contractor bought the pit and turned it into a subdivision which also had easment to the main road. When they put the large street in to the subdivision I was told they could use my land or easment (take it) as long as I had a way out to the road. the problem is 1) is this legal? 2) according to records I am now land locked with no easment so I can't sell my home.
PLEASE HELP>>>>
