What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA


I have a US Bachelors degree and have 5 years of work experience. Most of my work experience ( 4 years) is from my home country Nepal .

What documents do I need to prove my work experience?

While I was a student I have also done some part time work relating to my career field. Can I also add those to my work experience?

Lastly, Can I apply in EB2 category?

I will really appriciated your help.

You need to get your credentials evaluated first to determine if you have the equivalent of a Master's degree in the US as that is the only way you'd qualify for a EB-2 filing. Just having the number of years of experience is not enough. It has to be progressively responsible employment in the relevant field.

There are many companies who do this work. The company I always use because they have a very good reputation with the USCIS is Foundation for International Services and their website is FIS Translation and Foreign Credential Evaluation Services.
