What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

A buyer from another state is harassing me about selling him something he won on Ebay. I refuse to do so due to unconditioned terms. If he knows an attorney here in Massachusetts, could that person help the buyer sue me?

If the buyer won an auction, he has every right to expect you to sell him the item. Why won't you sell the item?

Sorry for the repetitive topic

I do not want to sell it to the buyer because I would have to go out of my way to accommodate him to hand him the package. I do not feel comfortable doing this.

And besides, no monetary transaction was made.

Tell the buyer you will only comply with the terms and conditions set forth in your auction in the shipping, payment details and return policy. If the buyer does not wish to comply with your instructions, cancel the sale and relist the item.

What exactly are the unconditioned terms and who's fault is it that those terms exist?
